🔹 Company Driver - Regional Flatbed

  • Late Model, Newer Trucks

  • Home Every Other Week

  • $1,500 guaranteed minimum weekly pay for your first 12 weeks

  • $85,000 – $100,000 annual pay expected based on average miles, home time, and vacation time.

  • $1,200 signup bonus (after 90 days)

  • Company flatbed drivers start at 65-70 CPM ALL COMPANY MILES

  • Bonuses available for performance, safety, and retention.

  • Salary option for qualified drivers after 180 days

🔒 Driver Qualification & Security Requirements

All Southwest Expedited Company Drivers and Owner-Operators must:
✅ Be able to access U.S. Military installations.
✅ Be at least 24 years old
✅ Maintain a Valid Class A CDL license (REAL ID Compliant – or with Passport), with a clean driving record (MVR)
✅ Maintain a Current DOT-compliant medical certification
✅ Have a Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL A Flatbed experience
✅ Have a Minimum 6 months OTR experience
✅ Be able to obtain a TWIC card. (We can help with this)
✅ Pass DOT physical, pre-employment and random/regular background check and drug screenings.
✅ Meet all FMCSA and DoD standards for clearance and eligibility

✅ Southwest Expedited transports U.S. Department of Defense Military Freight – All Drivers must have the ability to access secure U.S. Military installations as part of their regular duties. According to their access requirements and background checks, this generally means U.S. Citizenship, No Felony Convictions, No recent misdemeanors, including drug charges.  
All bases will run a thorough background check. No exceptions.
